Sandhill Creek, Pacific Rim National Park, Vancouver Island, British Columbia
Sandhill Creek flows in wide curves into the ocean. These plants were growing out of the sand, with a sheen of water still left by the lowering tide. It looked so peaceful in its simplicity.
Narada Falls, Mt. Rainier
This is the lower portion of this 188 foot falls, which cascades over a basalt wall. Its name is a Hindu word meaning “pure.” I liked the lighting, which was warm in the brighter areas and cool in the shadows.
