Detail, leaves in waterfall, McGee Creek, Eastern Sierra
The colors are all natural. I used a long exposure and handheld the camera, hoping to blend the colors and create a pastel-like photo.
Lee Vining Creek, Eastern Sierra
Below Tioga Pass, the creek creates beautiful and peaceful tableaux when the aspen and dogwood have put on their fall colors.
The aspen trees have spectacular fall color all along the creek and canyon. This photo was taken at the trailhead at 8,000 feet in October 2014. It’s a peaceful spot to meander around and sit and enjoy the sights and sounds of the creek.
