The name is from the French for lion's tooth. It may be a weed in lawns and among agricultural crops, but I always appreciate the appealing structure of the seed heads, as shown here. It is a symbol of love and faithfulness. The blue color is a reflection from a blue light source.
The plants line parts of the paths in our gardens, but in the spring, I appreciate the look of the newly emerging leaves. These are growing through a patch of moss.
